We the Kana'an Association for Palestine as one of the civil society organizations in the Republic of Yemen, we highly value and appreciate your great personal efforts for peace in the whole world including in the Middle East and particularly in Palestine.

We know that all of the crimes that the state of Israel had committed and still omitting days and nights against our people in Palestine are taking an important and wide part of your occupancy and hurt your conscience.

All of the crimes were committed and being committed by the state of Israel as a member of the United Nations, against land and people of Palestine including mass killing, mass destruction of houses and the public buildings and private and public land confiscation inconsistency of the U.N. resolutions international agreements and treaties, religion and all of the human values.

All of Israel crimes against our people in Palestine happened and happening now before your eyes and your organization without taking any legal action not to punish Israel but to prevent it from recommitting such crimes and unlawful actions at least to same remaining Palestinian human lives and the remaining land of Palestine, that position of the U.N. is what concerns us and hurts us a lot more than those crimes for one simple reason, that the United Nations which its message, mission, function and the main goal is to work for peace and to impose it on nations the way it did in some parts of the world, but when it comes to Palestine, the United Nations looks to us as incompetent or powerless to impose peace on the state of Israel as the redneck of middle east.

However, we still have a very strong hope that United Nations will remain the one legitimate power that could provide peace to our people in Palestine. That is why Kana'an Association for Palestine with all of its members and one million of its Yemeni supporters declare to your Excellency and to the United Nations our protest, denouncement and rejection of the segregation wall that was established by the Israel on the Palestinian occupied territory of which that redneck state member confiscated more Palestine private and public lands. More over, that wall is damaging and humiliating their being. Also, we present to your Excellency our legal pleading before the International Court of Justice, hoping that your Excellency kindly address our enclosed pleading to the honorable International Court of Justice, to be decided in accordance with the United Nations resolutions No. 1515 concerning the segregation wall.

No doubt your Excellency, that if you go back to the history records of the whole state members, you will find out that the state of Israel is the most if not the only state member that disrespect and did not comply with any of U.N. resolutions what so ever Regarding the establishment of Jewish and Palestinian states.

It is the only disobedient member of the International Law and treaties since its establishment by U.N. it self.

In addition to not complying with any of the U.N. resolution during the years, it takes to violence with no sense of shame at all.

Instead of being punished for not complying with the U.N. resolutions, related to Palestine, Israel Ambassador to U.N. has been accepted every year despite the fact did not mean the conditions state in the form that should filled by the state member every year, which means it does not even subject to ordinary administrative procedures of the U.N.

Hence, it is more than enough for any Secretary General of U.N. to reject the yearly request of Israel to the U.N. for nonconformity of required conditions.

Finally, we hope that your Excellency will commit our pleading to the honorable International Court of Justice in accordance with the resolutions No. 1515.

We appreciate all of your truthful efforts for peace and we hope that our people in Palestine will be in peace that shall be imposed on Israel soon during your second period.
